Considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reset, we cannot accept the exchange and return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. We hope you understand.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE IS ONLY APPLICABLE IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR A WRONG PRODUCT

Please note that we would need an unboxing video as a proof to claim refund/ replacement in case of damage or wrong product sent. Make a video while opening the package.

• Provide us with proper pictures/ videos of the product you have received along with the picture of the invoice.
